Tower Hill Tavern

Alot of young kids tonight, but we still enjoyed ourselves. The bada$$ bartender Megan is incredible. She puts drinks out like no other and not once has she ever messed up our drink order! Best in town! Some of the security guards are great too! Mr door man tonight and towl ping pong dancer security guard were the best!! The DJ put on some awesome music too!

My wife and I enjoyed lunch at the Tower Hill Tavern on a Saturday. I had the Tavern Burger with fries and a cold craft beer and my wife enjoyed a chicken tender wrap also with fries and an iced tea. My burger was cooked just as I ordered it, medium, and topped with a tasty fresh tomato slice, crispy lettuce, red onions and pickles. I also ordered the onion rings on our waitresses recommendation and she was not wrong. They were lightly battered, plump and delicious. My meal also came with Siracha Mayonnaise which was pretty tame, and ketchup. My wife's wrap also featured fresh romaine, crispy chicken tenders and cheese in a soft flour tortilla. Her meal was served with fries, ketchup and a dipping sauce for her wrap. We did notice that what the Tavern has on their online menu is not the same as what is on their dining room menu and is much more basic faire. That said, we were happy with our meals which were perfectly prepared and the service which was excellent. Tower Hill Tavern is on our list of restaurants to get a tasty and enjoyable lunch at a fair price. We'll be back!

I went here this past summer with my fiance, just to get a pizza and go home. We ordered a cheese pizza. When they bring the pizza out, it was terribly burnt. How did they get it in the box without noticing how burned it was? So I asked for a replacement. The second pizza they brought out, was just as burnt!! We couldn't believe it. Fiancé was so upset because at this point we had been there over an hour waiting on a single pizza. We got a refund and went home with no pizza. It wasn't even that busy in there, for it being peak season in the weirs, so we just were flabbergasted that the second pizza they brought out was burned as well. I won't ever try to get food there again, but maybe the drinks or something else redeems the place, I don't know.
